This notice describes how personal information is handled when you visit this website or contact us. It covers the website’s current configuration, before online orders open.

Website delivery and security

The website is hosted through OpenAI Sites and delivered through Cloudflare infrastructure. When you visit, these service providers may process your IP address, requested URLs, access times, browser and device information, and security-related data to deliver the pages, maintain reliability and prevent abuse. Technical cookies may be used by the hosting or security infrastructure.

Email enquiries

If you email us, we receive your email address, any name you provide, your message and attachments. We use this information to respond to your enquiry and handle the matter you raise. If you email a waitlist request, we use your email address to send the requested calendar launch notification. This does not automatically subscribe you to a newsletter. You can withdraw your request by emailing us. Our email service providers process messages as part of delivering and storing email. Please avoid sending sensitive information that is not needed for your enquiry.

Browser storage

The site stores a language preference in your browser using local storage under “mtj-language”. You can remove it by clearing this website’s browser data. The language links also work without this stored preference.

Fonts and external links

DM Sans and Playfair Display are loaded through Google Fonts. Your browser contacts Google’s font servers, which receive technical request information such as your IP address and browser details. The Instagram, TikTok and Pinterest links open external services only when you follow them; no social media feed is embedded.

Newsletter

Our newsletter signup forms are connected to Brevo. When you submit the signup form, your email address, consent and technical request information are sent to Brevo. Brevo processes signup and confirmation information to manage your subscription. We send the newsletter only after you confirm the link in the confirmation email. You can unsubscribe using the link in each newsletter. The form uses Google reCAPTCHA to prevent automated submissions; Google processes technical information for this purpose. Optional Google Ads measurement

We use the Google Ads base tag (AW-18519070868) only if you choose “Allow measurement”. Until then, the advertising tag is blocked. After consent, Google may receive your IP address, device and browser information, page visits and advertising click identifiers, and may use first-party advertising cookies such as _gcl_au and _gcl_aw to measure advertising effectiveness. Data may be processed outside Switzerland, including in the USA. Advertising personalization is disabled. Your choice is stored locally for 180 days and applies across our English and German pages. You can reject measurement or withdraw permission at any time using “Privacy settings” in the footer. Withdrawal stops future measurement; it does not delete data already sent to Google. Read the Google privacy policy. Purchase conversion tracking is not yet configured. Google Analytics, Meta Pixel and TikTok Pixel are not installed.

Payments

Real orders and payments are not accepted. Checkout is disabled and this website does not currently collect payment details. Stripe is planned as the payment provider at launch. See Stripe’s privacy policy. This notice will be updated before real checkout is introduced.

Service providers and international processing

Recipients may include hosting, network security, font and email service providers. OpenAI, Cloudflare and Google operate internationally, including in the United States. Data processing can therefore take place outside Switzerland. Provider information is available in the OpenAI privacy policy, Cloudflare privacy policy and Google privacy policy.

Retention and your rights

Enquiry information is retained for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any applicable recordkeeping requirements. Hosting and security logs are subject to the providers’ retention arrangements. Depending on applicable law, you may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal information and exercise other data protection rights. Contact us at the email above.
